Our client now has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Services Administrator to join their marketing team based in Bingley, West Yorkshire. The main purpose of this role is to support the marketing department in meeting deadlines by producing mailing plans and reports and communicating marketing schedules to the business. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring that the whole business is aware of and understands the marketing schedule, producing mailing plans and monitoring and evaluating marketing codes when appropriate.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of an administrative position, ideally within the marketing industry, or will have worked within a junior marketing role, and will possess excellent IT and organisational skills. You will be a pro-active individual who is confident in taking an initiative and communication ideas and proposals to all relevant individuals.
