Working within their Global Marketing teams, based at the company worldwide headquarters near Newcastle, you will assist with and co-ordinate a variety of projects and activities including range management, promotional activities, market research and competitor intelligence. For this role a good knowledge of Word, Powerpoint and Excel is essential and a second language would be advantageous. Excellent presentation skills are required and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is important. Equally important is the confidence and personality to quickly establish good channels of communication within the divisions. If you do not already have a marketing qualification, our client would expect you to gain your CIM diploma and would fully support your studies with that in mind, candidates for this role must have at least 300 UCAS points at ‘A’ level or equivalent.
In this role you will have an intensive induction across all key functions of the business, quickly learning and developing new skills to add to your academic achievements. You must also be located in culturally dynamic Newcastle / Gateshead. Your efforts and ability will dictate how quickly you progress.
