They are currently recruiting a Marketing Executive to assist the Customer Recruitment Manager in contributing to the business profitability by recruiting the maximum number of new customers within planned costs. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment campaigns making sure they are executed within budget and on time, have the ability to compile and circulate results spreadsheets to the relevant departments and be responsible for planning the products and media for each season.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 2 years experience within a fast moving, demanding environment preferably with some proven Mail Order or Direct Mail experience. Degree educated and ideally with a relevant Marketing qualification (or have completed or studying towards the C.I.M Marketing Qualification).
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful applicant due to the increasing changes within the business therefore you need to have proven organisational and time management skills with experience of communicating ideas and proposals to a number of different departments.
