As the Marketing Administrator you will be tasked with supporting the Marketing Department across all functions including product and process support, admin and ensuring the flow of marketing material. This is a great opportunity for a graduate looking to move into a marketing function and progress within a growing organisation. Professional development will also be encouraged with the opportunity to go through the industry recognised CIM.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supporting marketing functions
  • Ensuring the delivery of samples
  • Providing admin support throughout the department
  • Taking responsibility and autonomy of workload
  • Reporting into management
  • Ensuring the flow of marketing material

The Individual

Academically, we are looking for CCC (or higher) at A-level and a 2:2 degree (or higher) from any discipline completed within the last 3 years. You will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

You will also be:

  • A self-starter
  • Mature in attitude
  • Confident
  • Well organised
  • Grammatically strong
  • Proficient in I.T

The successful candidate can expect to enter a company that is constantly evolving within a supportive working environment. You will receive in-house training that will provide you with an in-depth knowledge of Apollo Chemicals, their products and processes, which will enable you to support the Marketing Department across all functions. You will also have the opportunity to progress within the business by completing your CIM.
