The Role - Management Training Scheme
Upon commencement of the role (due to start towards the end of June) you will embark on an intensive training program where you will develop a deep understanding of their products and services and also the ins and outs of the company. For the first six months you will be on site shadowing a Profit Centre Line / Manager; qualifying leads and generating appointments, with the aim to move in to a fully fledged sales role in month seven. There is considerable scope for career progression with many moving into a managerial position within 3 – 4 years. At this stage you will have benefited from extensive training from the Management Training Scheme and you will be essentially running your own business!
