We are looking for a graduate with a strong academic background with good numerical and analytical skills. Degree background in not important as long as you can demonstrate these skills and a willingness to learn and advance your career.

Successful applicants will be constantly developed through internal training and will be expected to complete their CIMA qualification with our full backing and support. Flexibility and mobility are important for this role as after an initial training period there will be the chance to progress to more senior roles throughout the Filtrona group and previous graduate scheme members can now be seen in Financial Controller and Unit Manager positions throughout the UK.

The successful candidates will be working closely with the Chief Accountant on a wide range of assignments including maintaining the statutory and management accounts and maintaining the internal accounts.

Confidence, a good attention to detail and a desire to learn and progress through the business are essential to succeed in this role.
