Finance Management Trainee Programme
It’s no surprise to learn that financial expertise is critical to everything we do. Our Management Accountants support the business in many different ways, so their reach and influence is enormous.

Insight Management scheme
The Insight Management scheme is a 2 year programme made up of four 6 month placements. During this time you will develop world class insight capabilities in a hugely complex environment. You will not only learn to analyse and interpret the information we hold, but critically you will develop the skills to communicate these findings to our colleagues in the business, and sell ideas and recommendations that will drive a variety of projects.
The modeling scheme is a 3 year programme made up of four 9 month placements run in partnership with our credit risk team. During this time you will develop world class modeling capabilities and learn to use a wide variety of specialist applications, including SAS, StatApp tools and VBA.
IT Group Leadership
Group Information Technology works at the nerve centre of the Group, with diverse IT functions ranging from enabling and supporting a Cashpoint withdrawal in the Shetland Isles, through to developing the IT infrastructure to support a customer call centre. IT is an integral part of the Group, touching all aspects of the business and helping the group deliver their strategy and objectives.
Lloyds TSB Scotland
