We have an opportunity for the right individual to really make a difference to a central Birmingham property company. We are looking for a lettings coordinator to support our business. This is an exciting role that will be fast paced and challenging. In order to be considered for this role it is essential that you are able to demonstrate a background in administration. Experience in property administration or more specifically, lettings administration/coordinating is highly desirable.

Lets Live Residential Lettings is an established brand in the Birmingham letting agency market. We are specialists in residential lettings and property management. Our office is based in St. Paul’s Square in the Jewellery Quarter.

We are highly-trained professionals and have a thorough understanding of the property market in our local areas, having worked in residential property in central Birmingham, Harborne and Edgbaston for over 5 years.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration experience to develop a career within an expanding lettings company.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Management of applicants dealing with telephone & e-mail enquiries.
  • Management of the office diary system.
  • Management of the applicant database; ensuring regular contact is made with all prospective tenants.
  • Registering potential tenants and arranging viewings for the Lettings Negotiator.
  • Handling enquiries from Landlords and passing to the Lettings Manager.
  • Completing referencing process and preparing tenancy agreements.
  • Arranging inventories, gas safety certificates, property inspections.
  • Maintaining communication with all parties throughout and providing a seamless service from let to move in.
