They are currently seeking a Coordinator to join their team based in Leeds. The main purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support to the Legal Team and be involved in all aspects of the department’s activities in protecting our intellectual property and brand. Within this role your main responsibilities will include the general oversight and responsibility for data entry and analysis of data intelligence. This is in addition to assisting with evidence gathering / compilation to support infringement actions and supporting on-line enforcement and vigilance reporting.
The successful candidate will be educated to A level standard (or equivalent), ideally degree level. You will have a good working knowledge of MS Applications and in particular Excel (macro’s and pivot tables). Knowledge of legal / enforcement / analysis would be advantageous but is not essential. Analytically minded, you will be able to manage tasks with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy and you will be able to communicate effectively within a strong and busy team environment. Previous experience of managing a heavy caseload would be ideal.
