You'll be selling recruitment services to a wide range of companies - both SMEs and blue-chips. You will be responsible for direct sales, negotiation and growing your own business. You'll be developing your own list of clients that then come back to you with repeat business.

To achieve success my client will provide structured, formal training that will develop your natural sales skills. All the managers and directors joined as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. They don't take on experienced people as they promote from within, as this is far more motivating for their staff and it recognises the talent they have within the company. They are a dynamic, growing company and need talented people to join. Their Trainee Recruitment Consultants are their future managers and directors. Start now by telling us why you should have this opportunity. Send us your CV and give us a reason to call you!!!
