To achieve this success, they are working in partnership with retailers to develop Trade Marketing programmes, which support both their and the retailers’ objectives, and drive consumers to purchase.
An opportunity now exists for a Key Account Merchandiser to support the Trade Marketing team to execute marketing initiatives at store level.
Working closely with retailers, you'll use a variety of concepts and marketing tools to build our clients’ brand image and increase sales. You’ll also develop and review training presentations, to update and educate retail staff on key products and raise their profile in store.
Practical and hands-on with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you’ll liaise with Store Managers and staff to make improvements and recommendations on brand presence in store, find the best merchandising solutions and ensure that their products are easily visible and accessible for customers. You will also use your relationships at store level to gain fast feedback on current industry activity.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, with some marketing experience, you’ll have a good understanding of sports or fashion retail, and a real passion for the brand. Self-motivated, energetic and driven by deadlines, you’ll thrive on managing multiple tasks, organising your own workload and achieving optimum coverage of your call file to ensure that all marketing activity is completed in a timely and professional manner.
In this field-based role, you will cover the South East and South West of England as well as South Wales so regular overnight travel will be required, as well as a full Driving Licence.
