Reloaded Productions Ltd are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Artist to join our team working on a AAA online action shooter. It is often difficult to break into the games industry, so, this 12 month, Edinburgh-based placement is a great opportunity for anyone who has the skills and creative flair, but lacks the experience.

Project Description

To increase asset output of APB (All Points Bulletin) Reloaded’s prop department.

Role Description

•        The successful applicant will be working with our team leader on creating highly detailed environments, weapons, and props.

•        High-poly asset creation of weapons and vehicles

•        Low-poly asset creation for in-game content

•        Marketing asset creation including banners, splash screens, and in-game UI icons

•        Conducting concept research into future game content

•        UV-mapping of low-poly game assets.

Skills / Experience

Essential:

•        Good high poly modelling skills

•        Good understanding of game asset creation, including textures and shaders for games

•        Able to work confidently and independently within our team. This will include researching and presenting new asset concepts for the team to review

•        Proficient in 3D Studio Max and Photoshop

Preferred:

•        Experience in Unreal

Qualifications

•        Minimum Bsc Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
