IT Support Analyst

The present vacancy is for a Support Analyst working with the already established Helpdesk\Support Team. The main roles will involve 1/2nd line support and assisting with on going projects, a good knowledge of various programming languages would an advantage.
The position also requires participation in the Out of Hours support.
À A relevant degree desirable
À Commercial experience min. 1 - 3 years
À MS Operating Systems.
À MS Applications
À MS Back Office
À SQL 7 or SQL 2000
À Knowledge of Visual Basic, Java, HTML and XML
À Truly customer focused
À Needs to be a good team player
