The company is the UK and Ireland s leading rooflight manufacturer with an impressive portfolio of innovative solutions and an equally impressive client base, which boasts a wide spectrum of successful projects such as the Wembley stadium and the London Underground. They also create light and airy shopping environments as can be seen in retail outlets such as B&Q. 

Where do you come in? 

Brett Martin are seeking a hands-on graduate who will be able to design and implement efficient and effective business processes making the most of available IT resources. We are looking for a pro-active graduate who has a strong interest in Information Technology and Systems. You will have studied an appropriate IT related degree and have knowledge of, or hands on experience of Microsoft products such as MS Dynamics and Sharepoint. The ideal candidate will willingly take responsibility to improve their understanding of the infrastructure and seek to provide long lasting solutions and improvements. 

This position will include the following responsibilities: 

Understanding the capabilities of currently installed computer systems and use your knowledge and expertise to make appropriate recommendations. 

Identify and prioritise a range of improvements to business processes that you recommend should be implemented to improve business performance, for instance software/hardware development. 

Be able to communicate to a high standard with managers and operators, ensuring that you are the first point of contact in Coventry for all matters relating to IT. 

Maintain close links with the Group IT department in Mallusk to ensure we stay aligned with an influence group IT architecture and strategies.

  • Confident and proactive approach to work with a willingness to learn 
  • Ability to identify problems and seek out new solutions
  • Show a passion for Information Technology
