This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with experience in Engineering, Sales Engineering or Procurement to take that next step into management. The role of an IPO Assistant Regional manager is varied, dynamic and challenging, You will be responsible for sourcing and managing supplier relationships across Europe.

The role will involve:

1. Identify potential European suppliers

2. Prepare formal commercial & technical procurement proposal

3. Obtain quotations from each supplier & prepare management reports

4. Review all quotations

5. Arrange technical & commercial clarification meetings

6. Finalise supplier selection & prepare/issue Purchase Order Contracts

7. “Project Management” of purchase order contract, such activities include progress reports, expediting service, shipping arrangements ,

8. Close PO Contract with the Supplier including authorisation of payments, issuance of guarantees &/or warranties.

9. Warranty management

To be considered you must have a degree in either electrical engineering or physics and be ready for the next steps of management within a commercial team.
