International Research Networks (IRN) is a young, dynamic, rapidly growing corporate events company based in Central London.

Due to the successes of the last 12 months we are currently embarking on a program of major expansion and are recruiting ambitious, committed, entrepreneurial, money motivated graduates to grow within the company and form the structure of a much larger organization in the months and years to come.

We are looking initially for a small group of highly motivated graduates to join our London office in a sales capacity and drive forward its development from present 10 people to 18 by the end of summer. For those who prove themselves as strong salespeople and leaders there will quickly be opportunities in management locally and also in the building of new international offices and divisions. Promotion will come from within, therefore we are looking for those who wish to develop into far larger roles in the future.

We offer a basic salary of £18,000 with a very realistic OTE of £28,000 -£35,000. Commission is paid monthly and is uncapped. In depth and ongoing training is provided and there are excellent opportunities for progression as the organisation grows.

Primary Roles:

  • Tele-Sales to existing and potential sponsors and attendees to meet sales revenue targets.
  • Researching and keeping up to date with relevant industries (Financial markets & technology, energy)
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with your clients, contacts and colleagues
  • Identifying and researching new growth areas for sales.
  • Visiting clients when necessary/ appropriate.
  • Attending industry functions when required.
  • Maintaining key customer care objectives.
  • Handling enquiries on the telephone, by email and by post, producing mailings and general office correspondence.
  • Ensuring that all sales administration is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  • Resolving client issues both in the office and on site.
  • Working on site during certain events.
  • Liaising with your colleagues including marketing, operations, finance to ensure maximum awareness within the industry.
  • Collating and producing sales plans and reports as required.
  • Liaison with the finance department to assist in payment control where necessary.
  • Attending training courses as directed.
