Where do you come in?

You will not be just a number – we take a few carefully handpicked trainees each year and ensure that they get the right support and opportunities to accelerate their performance and develop them into future business leaders.

We provide regular reviews, mentorship and coaching to provide you with the guidance to achieve career progression.

Your role as a Graduate Commercial Analyst will be varied and wide ranging.

You will be travelling extensively and working on projects such as exploring new markets, analysing our existing businesses, spotting new opportunities for growth, and providing our senior staff with informed support.

You will begin in our North West UK office before moving to our Singapore branch to support the Regional Director for Asia.

What do you need to demonstrate?

  • You must have a minimum 2.1. Degree related to International Business or Logistics. In addition you must be able to demonstrate an interest in logistics through placements, work experience, or modules chosen during university. 
  • It is important to have an International focus and to be flexible to relocate. Language skills in Malay or Cantonese would be an advantage.
  • You must have a full driving license
  • The competencies essential for this position are leadership, organisation, planning, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. You must be an effective communicator with analytical abilities and a positive attitude.
