Intelligent People Ltd are a successful, profitable, privately owned Recruitment Consultancy working within the New Media, TelCo and Technology Sectors. We have a large client base, are expanding rapidly and offer excellent training and career prospects.
This is a trainee role that will give you all the skills and competences needed to develop and manage your own client base, as well as make a future move into management and build your own team. Initially you will be mentored by a Company Director, or Principal Consultant, who will work closely with you on a one-to-one basis throughout your training period, helping clients recruit staff across a range of disciplines; you will be dealing with both clients and candidates up to Director level and will aim to provide the highest levels of service available in the market. After 4 months you will be able to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and will start to develop your own client base, both by telephone and in face-to-face meetings; when you have successfully made your first placement you will be promoted and awarded some existing clients to work with as well as given help developing further new clients.
As we offer full training you do not need any experience of the recruitment industry but must be ambitious, competitive, articulate and confident with a good command of written and spoken English. Well presented and with a good sense of humour you must have good interpersonal skills and be comfortable and confident both in person and using the telephone. £17,000 Basic salary, £29,000 OTE year 1, £33,000 – £50,000 OTE year 2 + excellent benefits.
