Human Resources Trainee/Graduate Opportunity
Our client’s HR department has an exciting vacancy for an HR Trainee to join the team in Milton Keynes for an individual passionate about their future in HR. The role offers exciting prospects for growth and development in HR. You will look to develop process and procedures to ensure simplicity and best practice.
The role initially will have specific responsibility for ensuring effective and accurate administration in all areas of HR for employees across all sites, and supporting HR colleagues as required. You would be responsible for ensuring all aspects of HR administration are accurately completed, from recruitment, performance management, discipline and grievance through to leavers. During your first 12 months you will look to develop a full and thorough understanding of HR Administration. Thereafter you will look to gain wider experience with a view to proving yourself capable of a first HR management role within the next 12 months.
You will need to have strong numeracy skills and be an excellent communicator at all levels. It is essential that you are self-motivated, focused, flexible, numerate, possess excellent organizational and IT skills, and that you have a track record of delivering work independently and on time. You will be passionate about high standards in administration and behaviours.
