As a graduate working in this vital function, you will need to deliver to a high standard, in a variety of teams, serving the specific needs of (predominantly) internal customers. RWE npower employs over 11,500 people, across more than 50 sites in the UK. You may find yourself providing day-to-day transactional HR services to a major call centre, working in a specialist team, such as Resourcing or Rewards & Benefits, or perhaps contributing to a company-wide project, such as our current SAP implementation.
You’ll be fully supported (financially and professionally) to achieve a professional qualification with the CIPD.
