The Role
The UKI HR team currently has a vacancy for an individual passionate about HR to join the team. The temporary role will assist the HR Trainee in HR Administration and tasks SAP implementation. Administration tasks will cover all aspects of HR including: recruitment, performance management, processing employee changes, new starter administration and filing. The role will commence in September 2011 and run for approximately 3-6 months.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have a passion for a career in HR. Strong numeracy and excellent communication skills are essential, along with attention to detail. The successful candidate should be well organised and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Self motivation must be evident along with the ability to work independently whilst displaying enthusiasm to assist other members of the HR team when required.
