The Government have 50% of the population at graduate status and as a result more and more companies require graduates for their vacancies. Do the math! As a result graduate recruitment has become the hottest and most lucrative marketplace in the industry. What does this give you? FANTASTIC EARNING POTENTIAL and a long-term career!!!!

Established in 1997, my client have grown to a team of 26 in central Brighton and work with a prestigious portfolio of clients which include FTSE 250 companies and SMEs.

Half of their staff are in support roles, resourcers, marketing, administration and IT which leave consultants to do what they do best – earn money and place candidates.

You are encouraged to place graduates into industry sectors that you have knowledge of and an interest in. In my experience having this flexibility is very advantageous to how successful you will be. With a database of over 180,000 graduates, finding suitable people for your jobs will not be as hard as you might think.

Career progression is realistic and can see you at Group Manager / Associate Director level within several years, commission is up to 30%, casual dress codes, days off for hitting target, pension and 25 days holiday makes this a fantastic opportunity.

You will have at least 12 months recruitment experience with a successful track record, be able to multi-task in what is a highly dynamic and lively sales floor.
