Graduate Web developer/Systems Support

An exciting opportunity has arisen due to continued expansion at an innovative recruitment company based in Otley. This vacancy would suit a recent graduate (or equivalent) with an I.T. related degree.

You will be primarily responsible for the provision of technical support. You will manage and process support requests from internal staff and external clients. You will be involved in fixing bugs within code and investigating system issues. You will also play a key role in client system implementations.

You will possess good communication skills and be able to work independently using your own initiative as well as being a team player. You will be a competent problem-solver able to troubleshoot technical problems. You will be able to work in an organised manner, prioritising tasks so that urgent issues are addressed first. You will have basic knowledge of PC’s, Microsoft office/Microsoft Operating systems and basic networking and a sound understanding of web technologies.

Essential Requirements:

HTML

ASP/ASP.NET

Formulation of T-SQL queries

Basic Relational Database Knowledge

Any exposure to the following would be advantageous:

XHTML

VB.Net

SQL Server
