The ideal candidate for this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will be a Graduate with either sales or customer-facing experience, Our client will be looking for an individual who has experience of building, developing and managing business relationships.
The successful individual will show significant degrees of drive, motivation and hunger as well as an attitude of commitment. As this recruitment team is constantly expanding this role could see you progress quickly to Team Leader and management based upon you attitude and performance!

This Trainee Recruitment Consultants role is a full Consultants role working within the Public Sector market. The team is currently 3 strong and has been established for over 1 year and focuses primarily on placing individuals on an interim and permanent basis into the public sector and rail industries. In order to increase their billing and to compete in their market, the team is now looking to expand into other public sector sectors, such as Housing, and to operate in the regions as well as London. This team represents an exciting and lucrative opportunity!
The role will involve all elements of a recruitment role including managing and negotiating with clients and candidates on a regular basis. As this is a fairly new team, business development will be an important element in this role and you will be undertaking cold calling, marketing and client visits on a regular basis. This role and team offers an exciting opportunitywithin the recruitment industry for you to make a lot of money as the roles that they place into generally pay very well; you will also be given the opportunity to develop your communication and negotiation skills at a high level as this role also involves interfacing with senior people on a regular basis!
