Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Public Sector
Basic c. £15–17k, OTE £30k, 22-25 days holiday, flexible benefits scheme includes; cash bonus, pension, private health, gym membership
Trainee Recruitment Consultants considered for this role should be Graduates with a tenacious and self motivated personality. Sales experience is advantageous however our client will consider individuals who have had customer facing commercial experience.
This is a team oriented environment, a friendly personality and desire to work in a ‘work hard play hard’ environment is essential. This recruitment role so a desire to work to targets and being financially motivated are essential!

Training and Development within this company is industry recognised, and in your first year you will have a minimum of 10 independent training days, with a committed number of 3 years in each subsequent year. For the first three months you will be attending training courses alongside gaining practical knowledge under the guidance of your senior consultant.
As this is a new desk new business development will be an initial focus for Trainee Recruitment Consultants, you will be trained on making effective marketing calls and client visits. You will then develop the full recruitment cycle further to include advertising, candidate interviewing, candidate management and closing the deal! You will be targeted on financial targets and activity targets individually and as part of a team to ensure that you are fully motivated and rewarded for all successes you achieve!
