Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Insurance
Basic c. £18 – 24k, OTE £30 – 50k, Extensive training and a full range of benefit
To be considered for this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, you will need to either have 6 successful High-Street recruitment experience or circa. 3 years insurance experience and know why you want to do recruitment.
You should be a self-starter who has high levels of energy, enthusiasm and initiative as well as being naturally inquisitive and have a good memory for names and faces. You should be a thorough person, with good IT skills, able to drive projects from initial instruction through to conclusion and posses a flair for influencing others. You will be given the support and training necessary, but will relish responsibility and autonomy in handling specific projects in the general insurance market.
In reality our client requires a professional individual, who will be good at maintaining client relationships and servicing large volumes of vacancies and candidates. Insurance experience/knowledge is essential!
Our client is not looking for a ‘hard core’ sales person as this role will not entail cold-calling, but you will need a business development mentality and drive to work hard and achieve.
