Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant - HR
Basic c. £18 – 22k, OTE £35k
For this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, successful candidates will be articulate, committed, hard working and ambitious, with the energy, drive and perseverance to work in a fast paced environment. Our client is ideally looking for Graduates with a strong commercial sense – B2C/B2B sales experience will be advantageous.

This Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will be an exciting opportunity to work alongside one of our client’s top Consultants. Primarily, you will be responsible for candidate acquisition through headhunting, reactivating individuals from the database, handling advert response and mapping businesses to identify suitable candidates. This role will also enable Trainee Recruitment Consultants to work with clients, identify and understand their needs and requirements and be involved in the full cycle of Recruitment consultancy. Bonuses and commission are offered for the successful placement of candidates!
This Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will develop along with your skills and has the opportunity of moving in a number of directions; our client is hoping that the successful candidate for this role will eventually move up to become a full Recruitment Consultant with responsibility for Account Management of a number of important clients.
