Trainees will begin their training on an induction programme lead by Directors and Managers. For six months Graduates will train at the centre of a team, researching potential candidates and building successful relationships with high flying city professionals, providing quality candidates to the team and reaping the incredible financial rewards available in this lucrative market.
After sixth months Trainees will become full Search Consultants and begin to develop client relationships, manage the full search cycle and begin introducing quality candidates to the client base. After twelve months Graduates will begin development to manage a team and establish their own areas of expansion, with the potential opportunity to establish their own brand or to work internationally.
