Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Finance Recruitment

You will be a Graduate with at least 6 months B2B sales experience working within a corporate client with a natural intelligent, observational manner and a passion to make money!!. To be successful in this role, you need to show a thorough understanding of recruitment and a desire to be successful. Resilience and tenacity are essential as this role requires individuals to be calm under pressure and to be persistent and vigorous in pursuit of their targets! Strong aural communication skills are required in this job in order to build rapport and trust quickly not only with clients and candidates but also with your team; social and outgoing people fit in well in this environment and you must be a team player who is confident with a variety of people and in a variety of situations. Self-awareness is also a desirable quality – you must be motivated and ambitious to succeed by realising and appreciating that their is always room for improvement in your skills.

Be assured that as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant your focus will be very much targeted on Business Development. Other duties will include candidate generation, candidate interviews, and client visits.
Although a lot of time and energy will be put into your training, you are expected to fit into the sales cycle as soon as possible. The in-house training manager will cover everything from terminology to headhunting.
