Our clients’ permanent division in Manchester was established in September 2004 alongside the established temporary finance team. The business operates mainly in the Greater Manchester area but also extends to Merseyside, Cheshire and Lancashire.
The client base offers a good balance between established, household name clients and a whole range of SME’s. The permanent team cover non-qualified, part-qualified and qualified business although as a new and evolving team, their core business is currently in the non-qualified arena.
The teams’ main objective is to grow market share by offering permanent services to the same clients they already service on a temporary basis and to develop their profile in the senior permanent market by differentiating the services, knowledge and approach they offer.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of moulding the permanent business in the Manchester office and the visibility that goes with this. Once established, there is a clear opportunity for this team to grow and therefore opportunities to become more involved in Key Account management and development and possible supervision of staff.
