Our client is looking for an individual of Graduate calibre who possesses at least 6-12 months stable B2B sales experience, or an individual with up to 6 month Recruitment Consultancy experience, in any sector. They are keen for the successful candidate to have the experience, intelligence, and business knowledge to listen and to learn quickly. Important characteristics will be the ability to challenge ideas, be creative in attitude and to understand recruitment methodology to deliver premium service to clients and candidates. This recruitment company is also looking for an individual who will be an effective team player and who demonstrates the motivations and hunger to become the best that they can be!

This Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will be a full cycle Recruitment Consultant role and will involve significant amounts of client and candidate interaction. You will have the advantage of working alongside impressive and successful Recruiters who have a consummate understanding of the craft of talent search and who can guide you on the way to becoming a very successful Search Recruitment Consultant.
You will be tasked with headhunting and interviewing candidates, establishing and maintaining client relationships and working to both activity and revenue targets.
