City of London £18,000-20,000 basic depending on experience, plus commission = First year OTE £45,000

As a key part of our growth plans, we are looking to recruit trainee recruitment consultants to join our London offices. Our expert consulting teams recruit across every professional area, including accounting & finance, IT, legal, sales & marketing, HR and Oil & Gas. You will be responsible for every element of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing jobs to sourcing and interviewing candidates.
Since recruitment is a sales job, the ideal candidate will have some experience in field sales, commission-only sales or telesales. While this role is for trainees, we will also consider applicants with a track record in recruitment.
The role requires candidates to have a high level of drive, business awareness, and relationship-building skills. Through work experience, education and any extra-curricular activities, prospective candidates should be able to demonstrate ambition, persuasiveness, competitiveness, determination and tenacity.
In return for your commitment, you will be rewarded with an uncapped commission structure; currently, one in ten of our consultants earn more than £100,000 per year.
