Laying the foundations for your career.
Through the services we provide, our residents and clients enjoy independence, and a choice and control over their lives. No wonder, then, that we’re a national leader in the provision of housing, care and support services for older people. As a Graduate Trainee, you’re the future of our organisation.
Following the success of our inaugural graduate scheme we have expanded the programme and are now looking for three talented individuals to join us. During our three-year programme you will be expected to work on, and in some cases lead, a wide range of corporate projects. You will be exposed to a wide range of business areas throughout the organisation including IT, Policy and Research, Social Care and Housing Management as well as corporate functions such as Finance, HR and Communications.
Once you’ve got a real sense of each business area – spending the whole of your final year in your chosen one – you’ll be able to decide which area is right for you. Better still, there should be a permanent role waiting for you.
With a good degree (or equivalent), you’ll need to be ready to apply your intelligence to a variety of experiences, and willing to work in our London , Cirencester or Beaconsfield offices. Show us you’re flexible, organised and committed, and we’ll give you everything you need to excel: a dedicated mentor, continual support and advice and superb training. Why should you expect anything less from one of the largest specialist associations in England ?
