This medical business for the last forty years has been one of the leading producers of complete medical systems for the different application methods in four areas: Laparoscopy, Regional Anesthesia, Biopsy, and Dental Medicine. Due to the creation of a new division within the business they are now looking for graduate territory sales executive to spearhead business development in the southern territory.
As a Graduate Territory Sales Executive you will be managing the soutrhern geographical region. You will be responsible for managing and developing your account base, predominately hospitals, within your territory and for delivering profitable business.
You will be selling the companies MIS (Minimal Invasive Surgery) Laparoscopic range to surgeons and to key stake holders within hospitals.
The company will provide you with a detailed induction programme covering all their products and the majority of your time in the first month will spent shadowing the Sales Manager.
This is a large territory role that covers 50% of the UK and will require you to spend significant amount of time away from home..
Naturally this sales role will involve a lot of networking and entertaining, which will require you to work outside the normal working day.
The Successful candidate will need to be highly self motivated, a strong character, resourceful and have the ability to tackle challenging situations. Like most businesses they require individuals to have strong work ethic and take responsibility for their role.
