What is exciting about this role?

You will be responsible for dealing with our clients, help them solve their problems and come up with a solution based on their needs. From day one you will be involved and responsible for ensuring that customer needs and expectations are met and our products and support are up to their expectations. What do we do?

We import the extensive range of air conditioning products manufactured by a well known Japanese manufacturer. We supply these systems to specialist installers all over the UK and Republic of Ireland, who provide a comprehensive installation service to end users and clients.

So where do you come in?

This is an office based position although some future on site visits may be required. Primarily dealing with air conditioning technical queries on the telephone, spares and warranty coordination and some quoting / sales support.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering /Building Services; excellent telephone manner and communication skills; good Microsoft Office skills
