So where do you come in?
You come in acting as a point of contact for customers and dealers experiencing any problems with our surveying equipment, logging queries and upselling Customer Care products to generate additional revenue for the business. You will be expected to deal with queries quickly and efficiently, taking ownership of problems. You will act to ensure continuous improvement throughout the organization and have involvement for the checking and testing of equipment for re-works testing and pre-delivery inspection.

What you need to demonstrate?
You need to be able to demonstrate a basic knowledge and understanding of Surveying equipment as well as the requirements of their users as well as a basic understanding of common survey practices and principles. You will be of confident nature, possess excellent communication skills, be a quick learner, having the ability to pay attention to detail, as well as having the desire to develop and progress within our industry leading business.
