This role involves all elements of supporting the technical process in the plant, responsibilities include
§ Key Responsibility Areas:
§ To be responsible for Health, Safety and Environment
§ Risk Assessments
§ Environmental compliance.
§ Product Development
§ Perform testing routines on new coated products
§ Assist in execution of coating line trials
§ To assess technical performance of coated product in transformation process
§ Plan, perform and report on transformation exercises for all coated products.
§ Conduct tests in all relevant applications of coated glass transformation.
§ To be responsible for the technical performance of the coating line
§ Achievement of required yield
§ Monitoring of trends
§ To ensure the quality of the product
§ Quality loss targets
§ Maintenance of quality testing ISO procedure system
§ Employ testing techniques
§ Conduct testing regimes

What you need to demonstrate?
This role requires a technical background, either Chemistry, Physics or Materials science. An exposure to a manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential.
