Project Description

Diageo Europe Supply is continuing to focus on improving the use of its Computerised Maintenance Management system SAP. This is essential to achieving a proactive maintenance culture where system reports demonstrate compliance, continuous improvement opportunities, and opportunities to improve lifecycle cost of our asset base.

Role Description

The graduate will be involved in three key areas:

•                    Commissioning and roll out of a SAP Mobile application for raising work requests and completing Operator Asset Care activity

•                    Establishing and conducting SAP data quality analysis desktop reviews with operational teams and agreeing and supporting priority improvement plans

•                    Investigating and carrying out proof of concept to determine the business case for using barcode technology in engineering stores facilities in order to ease blind stock taking and booking of parts.

•                    All three project areas will be time bound to a 12 month period, and will have clear and measurable deliverables / key success factors.

Skills / Experience

Essential

•                    Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills

•                    Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

•                    Good organisational and Project Management skills

•                    Ability to learn systems skills quickly and proactively

•                    Mobility - to be away from home occasionally overnight.

Ideal

•                    Driving licence - – the office is not easily accessible via public transport.

Qualifications

Graduate with a minimum bachelors level Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Information Systems Technology or related.

Location: This role will be based at our Shieldhall site in Glasgow which is not easily accessible by public transport.
