To be an essential point of contact for technical support for both existing and new potential customers across the UK and Europe. You will offer technical expertise, consultancy, and excellent customer service to ensure our clients are satisfied and informed of the project progress.
This role is structured to ensure that our clients receive service that is seamless from design through to manufacturing and beyond.

What you need to demonstrate?
A graduate from a technical discipline looking to develop your career and move into the technical commercial environment.
Also demonstrating the confidence to be able to communicate on all levels ranging from various customers and clients.
Any customer service experience or technical experience would be advantageous.
