YouÆll join our clientÆs team, who are great to learn from and fun to work with, to design systems, which will deliver innovative solutions to our clients that demonstrate technology for business benefit, rather than technology for technologyÆs sake. You should be highly pro-active and a good problem solver as you will need to combine thinking and doing! You must enjoy a challenge and crave responsibility, as you will be given it from day one. You will control the speed of your own progression, which is dictated by your achievement and abilities, not by fixed timescales. You will work with exceptional teams in all stages of the project lifecycle from analysis, idea generation through to the technical design and implementation stages. Your systems will need to meet our high quality standards.
You will have exposure to many of the latest technologies. They currently develop applications using the .NET framework and C#. Knowledge of web design and database tools would be useful such as ASP and SQL. However the ability to pick up and develop new skills quickly is more important than prior experience with these technologies.
It is not all about technology; you need to be a people person! Every role in their organisation is client facing and as such you will need to demonstrate their high customer service values and excellent communication skills along with the ability to relate to our customers.
Once joining them as a software developer you will then have the opportunity to shape your career development to broaden and develop further project management skills and/or your technical specialism.
