Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join their company, a global leader in the chemical distribution industry. In your first year you will join the Commercial team within the pharmaceutical and personal care division based in Basildon, Essex. In this role your main responsibilities will include managing a number of supplier relationships and associated product portfolios. You will also give administrative support to Product Manager(s) and be expected to liaise closely with stock and sales teams providing guidance and data analysis to ensure successful business results. At the end of the first year we will look to identify a suitable permanent role in the business that will prepare you for a management position.
What are they looking for?
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level, with a minimum qualification of 2:2 in a business related subject. You will be able to demonstrate sound commercial acumen combined with strong administrative and analytical skills. It is essential that you have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels.
