Graduates into Sales with Siemens
Siemens Financial Services Limited (SFS) are currently recruiting Sales Graduates to join in October 2007.
SFS is a leading provider of funding solutions. The company offers a wide range of financing products and services to help customers acquire the capital assets needed to develop their businesses, and has expertise in funding business solutions within a wide variety of sectors.
We are looking for high calibre, flexible graduates who have the potential to become rising stars within our Sales function.
Training & Development
You will take part Siemens Graduate Development Programme. This will involve developing your team working ability, commercial and financial understanding as well as influencing and presentation skills.
The programme lasts for 2 years, during which you will take on several roles within the business as well as be involved in a number of cross functional project activities, such as:
- Sales/Sales Support
- Business Processing
- Asset Management
All the roles will help you progress to a Sales role at the end of the programme. This is a real opportunity for you to shine and contribute to our business.
Alongside this, you will also benefit from regular dialogues with your placement manager and tailored development around the placements that you undertake.
As part of your development, you will be assigned a graduate mentor who will help you to enhance your performance and reach your potential.
Following successful completion of the 2 year programme, you will be involved in further development opportunities which examine your skills, experience and aspirations, in order to further develop your career.
We are looking for graduates from any degree discipline with a minimum 2:2 degree
We are looking for graduates who are flexible and adaptable in their approach and have great interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to contribute positively in a team working environment, and have a positive, can-do attitude is essential.
You will be expected to take a very hands-on approach and relate well to our customers on a daily basis. From very on early on in your career you’ll find yourself contributing and making decisions about how we work.
You must also be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook.

The role will be based in Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire and applicants must be mobile within the UK and be able to work at other locations on a temporary basis.
