Our graduate training programme offers a structured but varied two year training scheme tailored to ensure that you are suitably prepared to take the first steps into management. During this time you will be involved in all aspects of our business including Sales, Customer Liaison, Stock Management and Purchasing.

We have a two-year scheme for Graduate and Commercial Trainees, which is tailored to ensure that these individuals are suitably trained in preparation for taking the first steps into management.

We see our ideal Trainees as self-motivated individuals who are well educated, who can "think on their feet" and take initiative. A drive to succeed is imperative and a flexible approach to relocation throughout the country is desirable. The structured, but varied, training programme consists of spending time at different branches, gaining an understanding of the business as well as the culture of the Company. In addition, there is a comprehensive suite of internal training courses covering sales, management skills and business techniques.
