Based in Southampton our client is an award winning Microsoft Gold Partner accredited organisation specialising in providing their customers with a range of IT services and solutions. They are a very entrepreneurial company looking to grow and develop significantly over the coming years yet they already boast a strong client base working with some of the biggest names in Retail, Distribution and Wholesale.
The Role - Graduate Sales Executive
As a Graduate Sales Executive you will report directly to the Marketing Manager with whom you will work very closely with. Initially an internally based position there is enormous scope to progress within the business, this will be a challenging but hugely rewarding position with the opportunity to become a big part of the business and there is excellent earning potential.
The role will develop into a Hybrid sales role as you prove yourself within the business, you would then start to pick up the lower tier accounts and begin to make and attend appointments with decision makers in target organisations.
They are looking for a bright, driven graduate (or equivalent) who is malleable has the potential to become extremely successful and valuable member of their sales team.
To be considered for this role you must meet the following specific criteria:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Ambition with plenty of drive and self motivation Confidence is crucial with the ability to take responsibility for your decisions
