Graduate Sales Executive

So where do you come in?

We are looking to recruit Graduate Sales Consultants to join our dynamic and enthusiastic Sales team at our head office in South West London. The team sells a range of services and software. These can include Employee Surveys, Customer Surveys and Line Manager Feedback Solutions of the highest quality to a growing number of large and highly respected organisations. Our clients range in size from the very large to the very small, both in the UK and overseas.

Reporting to the Sales Director you will work to win new business and increase sales to existing clients. ·

  • Generating sales leads by telephone
  • Following up leads generated by Marketing
  • Visiting National and International prospects and clients to sell our services and software
  • Presenting proposals
  • Managing existing accounts
  • Ensuring total Client Satisfaction (through close liaison with the Client and Client Services)

What you need to demonstrate?

  • No previous sales experience is necessary, as the successful candidate will recieve training..
  • Most important is the candidate's enthusiasm and desire to succeed.
  • Successful candidates will also need to be numerate, literate and computer literate as well as a fluent and confident presenter.
  • A key requirement is the ability to establish excellent working relationships with our wide range of prospects and clients.
  • Fluency in one or more European languages would be an advantage as we are an international business and provide services in several languages.
