Our client requires a Graduate Engineer (or of equivalent level) to join their Aberdeen office, you will commence your position in the Applications Department where you will initially undertake a technical role – allowing you to gain an appreciation of the company, its products and services. You will then progress in to a more client facing position where you will actively participate in writing proposals, dealing with enquiries and generating new prospects with new and existing clients. 

A qualification in either Electrical or Mechanical engineering is a prerequisite for this role due to the nature of the organisation. This position will allow you to combine your knowledge of engineering in to a selling environment.  

There is huge potential for career progression within the company as personal development and continuous training and development is encouraged.  

The Candidate 

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in either mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ambitious, driven and self motivated
  • Passion for business
  • Committed to forging a successful career in sales 

The graduate will be based in the Aberdeen office applicants must live or be willing to re-locate to the area.
