What will you do?

The purpose of this job is to support the day-to-day activities of the Sales Manager and Sales team. You will be required to undertake a number of different activities in order to ensure the smooth running of the team.

You will attend customer meetings with the sales team at least once a month in order to make learn as much as you can about the team, the product and the company as a whole.

There will be a variety of elements to your role. Some of your responsibilities will include;

- Managing the diaries of the Manager and Sales team.

- Handling customer enquiries.

- Liaising with a variety of internal departments including Finance and IT.

- Training new members of the company on sales systems.

- Co-ordination and administration of travel and conference booking.

- Organising monthly meetings for the team, taking minutes and actions, and ensuring these are followed up.

What are we looking for?

The role will require you to have excellent organisation and time management skills so we are looking for someone who has one years commercial experience, a minimum of a 2.1 degree and 3 Cs at A level. A good understanding of the Microsoft Office Package is essential to this role.

In return you will be provided with excellent training and the company regularly runs social events in order to build team spirit. One recent event has been a heavily subsidised weekend trip to Paris. The starting salary for the role is £20.5K and your working hours will be 9.00am. to 5.30pm.
