Our client was established in 1989 as a specialise provider of bespoke fleet solutions, concentrating on the provision of innovative management management service for mid to large corporate entities.
They are currently seeking a confident and positive individual to join their New Business Team as a New Business Sales Administrator. The main purpose of this role is to respond to inbound sales related and general queries, providing an in-house interface between prospect and sales person as well as enquiries for corporate deals. Within this role you will be required to support the New Business sales process by producing and preparing tender response documents, manage and update the tender reference library and produce high quality professional presentations to prospective customers. You will constantly push yourself to provide a high level support and your hard work will be rewarded with progression to a fully fledged sales role.
The successful candidate will be passionate about customer service and will be looking to progress their career within sales. You will have a strong attention to detail and you will understand the importance of good customer service within the sales environment. You will have exceptional writing skills, giving you the capability to successfully produce and coordinate winning tender responses. It is essential that you have the ability to remain calm at all times and work effectively under pressure, ensuring that deadline objectives are achieved through effective planning. You must be a strong communicator with the ability to foresee the reactions of clients and create effective communications to overcome these.
