Graduate Resourcer/ Trainee Consultant

Based in their Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester offices, candidates need to have a good degree from a well established University and good A levels (or equivalent). Although previous sales experience is not a must, any direct sales experience of any nature is a definite bonus.
Candidates do need to be driven, highly motivated, persuasive, tenacious and have a good work ethic and be able to show through previous activities that they have these skills.Candidates will also have to have an understanding of the role of a recruitment consultant and a real desire to become one.
For the first 3-6 months your role will be a sales resourcer, mainly you will be name gathering, head hunting, searching the datebase for appropriate cv's and organising and selling interviews. When you have finished your training and have become a fully fledged recruitment consultant you will remain doing the activities but additionally you will be trying to win new business, building relationships with existing clients and trying to place as many people in as many positions as possible.
