Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Our History

Established in 2003, Provide are an award winning recruitment agency, supplying multiple vertical markets for technology and finance driven organisations. With offices in London and Milton Keynes, we have gone from strength to strength, growing at a phenomenal rate over recent years.

Our Ambition

Our business is built on carefully selected, exceptional individuals who are in a league of their own. We call ourselves specialists because we actually are, and our employees have exceptional lifestyles as a result of it. We promote extraordinary performance in return for huge reward and operate a work hard/play hard environment where success is the norm.

What We Expect

Make no mistake, we settle for nothing less than people who are significantly driven by evolving challenges and high reward. We expect absolute honesty, transparency and integrity when dealing with candidates/clients without cutting corners whilst proudly setting the standards within the industry.

Our Approach

What makes us different is our approach to delivery. We headhunt candidates even when we are not retained to do so and champion every method of recruitment beyond our competitor's comprehension. We cover all bases, from traditional career websites through to extensive networking via non-traditional methods like Web 2.0. All of these methods allow us to build warm, cohesive networks that are trusted and often exclusive. Our consultants are among the most connected people in the world on social and professional networking websites and we are experts at exploiting search engines to uncover 'impossible to find' candidates that our competitors don't even know exist. Don't worry, full training and support will be given!

The Role

We will find your strengths and build on them, whilst pushing your boundaries and supporting where needed. You will be given full training in order to build up your strengths in candidate qualification, control and negotiation whilst educating you on every element of the recruitment life cycle. This takes time and dedication – Truly not for the faint hearted!

We're not looking for people who want to stand still and as a growing business we need people that have high expectations – The progression opportunities are genuinely endless and your reward will always reflect your effort.
